please also post the detail about when was your H1 approved. In which month and year. It might be possible that recently approved H1 is talking more time... just my guess.. if we post about H1 approval time frame then it will help us to decide something about which cases are taking more time..

Just checked the above information. It looks very good and gives me a lot of hope. Total EB2 pending is 48 K apps for India. That's not so bad. Or am'I being too hopeful?

In America, Lawsuits are filed for mental agony. The agony we all go through to come out as a permanent resident is over the top.
Any issue, any matter, if there is mental agony, people here file for lawsuits. Heard in the news recently that airport security officials asked a woman to throw her baby's milk bottle and she was all over in the news and crying her wits out at the agony she had to go through just for security officials asking her throw her baby's milk bottle.
Here, our life hangs by a thread. We are used as puppets. Cheapest people on earth. And no one is there to even cover our news. Paris Hilton takes the front page and millions of people whose life's on hold is not an issue.
Where is the American Dream I ask?

Look at my reds. I gave you green and I used to have 2 greens at that time. Man, these guys dont want us to give any ideas. They just want us to wait till economy picks up..

In case you havent seen my posts befre, I have been stuck due to PIMS for 56 days !

I had my interview for an H1-B at N. Delhi consulate on December the 5th, 2007. The consulate officer told me it needs administrative processing and gave me a pink slip. I was also told that it may take anywhere from few days to 7-8 weeks. Today is February the 8th, 2008, and am still waiting on my visa. So if its any consolation to you stuck_here, I'm stuck here for almost 65 days now. Given that I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering, I might have fallen under the Technology Alert List, but, still, the wait time seems ridiculous. Any ideas from anyone about if there is anything I can do on my part to expedite the matters? Thanks.

I filed a G28 to allow me to represent my wife. I did not use an attorney. If you are filing for more than one person then I think that a G28 is worth it. It is a trivial form.

There is no change in my wife's 485 status. But her EAD is approved. There is no mention of card production in the email. Looks like lot of people got the CPO email directly with post decision activity. Can somebody confirm the sequence in which it happens? How long does it take for the card to arrive? How long will it take for my wife's 485?

Second, the reason we all are lurking on this forum is that we want something in return. We are united as long as our goals are the same. Some compromise can be done but if one has to do compromise in terms of several years it is not acceptable
Knowingly, or unknowingly, you are dividing this community on meager self-interests. That's the worst somebody can do to IV.
We don't need NumbersUSA to divide us when people like you are here...
